The Community College of Baltimore will offer a Coast Guard approved Captain's Licensing Course for those wishing to obtain their OUPV (6 pack) or Masters license.
The Course contains 5 weeks of evening and Saturday class sessions. That's 5 Tuesday evenings, 5 Wednesday evenings and 5 Saturday's starting on Tuesday 1/24/12.
Testing for the license is done in class.
