Hooked On Fishing sessions are available July 5-8, July 11-15, July 18-22, July 25-29, August 1-5. Register now for Hooked on Fishing , a MD Department of Natural Resources program for kids ages 8-15. Part of a national effort to introduce children to their local aquatic resources and the fun of going fishing, weeklong clinics are available July 5 to August 5. Chesterwood Park, Dundalk, Baltimore County is one of four MD site locations. Program activities are hands-on and water safety is emphasized. Sessions can be scheduled mornings (8-11am) or afternoons (12 noon-3pm). All bait and equipment are provided. Register through MD DNR. DNR's Hooked on Fishing program offers kids a great experience in one of Dundalk's best parks! Its goals support a national effort to reconnect children to nature, and to get kids moving outddoors.
