Giant Gas Station Employee Threatened: Dundalk Precinct Roundup

DUNDALK, MD — The following is a roundup of police activity in the Dundalk precinct from the past week.

August 14: Robbery, 1200 Block of Merritt Boulevard 21222

At 10 p.m., the victim was working at the Giant gas station when the suspect asked the victim for cigarettes. The suspect forced his way into the booth and threatened the victim. The suspect then stole a carton of cigarettes and fled.

August 13: Attempted Robbery, 7800 Block of Wise Avenue 21222

Around 3:45 p.m., while walking, the victim was assaulted by three suspects who attempted to take the victim’s walking stick. The victim was able to fend off the assailants.

August 11: Robbery, 6800 Block of Broening Road 21222

At 10:16 p.m., an unknown suspect entered the High's store, grabbed the money out of the register and then fled on foot.

August 8 to 17: First Degree Burglary, 7300 Block of Old Battle Grove Road 21222

Sometime between 4:30 p.m. on August 8 and 7 p.m. on August 17, an unknown suspect(s) entered the victim's home by unknown means. The front door was found unlocked, some property was moved and some items were stolen from the home.

August 8 to 10: Second Degree Burglary, 2600 Block of North Point Boulevard 21222

Sometime between 1 p.m. on August 8 and 10 a.m. on August 10, an unknown suspect forced entry into the garage at Cars4Sale. At this time, it does not appear that anything was taken.

August 6: Robbery, Four Georges Court and Holaview Road 21222

Sometime between 9:26 and 10:51 p.m., the victim was walking when a vehicle approached. An unknown suspect exited the vehicle and pushed the victim to the ground. The suspect unsuccessfully attempted to steal the victim's purse. The victim later discovered that cash was missing from her purse.
