I-695 Shut Down Southwest of Dundalk for Two Hours
A plow overturned near Quarantine Road exit.

A single-vehicle crash shut down all lanes on Interstate 695βs outer loop Tuesday afternoon for more than two hours, the Baltimore Office of Emergency Management reported.
A snow plow flipped in the area of Hawkins Point, according to WBAL. The plow driver was taken to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center with injuries that were not believed to be life-threatening, according to Fox 45.
The crash was reported after 10:15 a.m. on I-695 past exit 1 for Quarantine Road at mile marker 50, according to the Coordinated Highways Action Response Team (CHART).

At 12:37 p.m., the Maryland Transportation Authority reported the outer loop had reopened.
