Man Assaulted With Hand Gun In Apartment: Dundalk Precinct Report

DUNDALK, MD — The following is a roundup of police activity in the Dundalk precinct from the previous week.

September 27: Second Degree Burglary, 4200 Block of Lynhurst Road 21222

At 11 p.m., three dirt bikes were stolen from within a locked storage container. Two of the bikes were recovered.

September 27: First Degree Burglary, 2700 Block of Kirkleigh Road 21222

At 5 p.m., an unknown suspect entered the house through an unlocked door and stole property.

September 26: Second Degree Burglary, Unit Block of North Dundalk Avenue 21222

Sometime between 4 p.m. on September 26 and 1:38 p.m. on September 27, an unknown suspect(s) pried the victim's garage door open. The suspect(s) stole a hunting bow and hunting and fishing gear. The suspect(s) then fled.

At 12:55 a.m., a known suspect entered the victim's residence and struck the victim multiple times with a blunt object. The suspect fled the scene.

September 25: First Degree Assault, 1700 Block of Holaview Road 21222

At 8:45 a.m., two unknown suspects entered the victims' apartment and assaulted one of the victims by striking him with a handgun. The unknown suspects then assaulted the other two victims. The suspects stole cash and a cell phone.

At 7:23 p.m., an unknown suspect pointed a gun at the victim causing the victim to flee. The victim was not injured.

At 9:30 a.m., a suspect gained entry into Kenny B's Blue Marlin bar and stole cash.

September 23: Second Degree Burglary, Unit Block of Broadship Road 21222

At 5:30 p.m., an unknown suspect entered the detached garage and stole a power washer.

At 4:15 a.m., unknown suspects stole a dirtbike and an ATV from the victims' locked shed.

September 22: First Degree Assault, 8500 Block of Kavanagh Road 21222

At 10:35 a.m., a suspect assaulted two known victims by stabbing them multiple times while inside their residence. The suspect then left and was later arrested.

Sometime between 10:03 p.m. on September 21 and 7:39 a.m. on September 22, a known suspect broke several windows at the Anchor Bay Marina to gain entry. Once inside, the suspect stole cash. The suspect was arrested.

At 9:50 p.m., two suspects entered the High's store and, displaying a gun, approached the cashier. One of the suspects demanded cash and cigarettes from the victim. After receiving the items, both suspects fled on foot. Both suspects were apprehended and the stolen property was recovered.
