Man Hit, Killed By Passing Driver In Dundalk: Police

DUNDALK, MD — A man standing outside his legally parked vehicle on Dundalk Avenue near Patapsco Avenue was hit and killed by a passing vehicle Tuesday at approximately 7:30 p.m. The driver who hit the man also hit his vehicle and the car parked in front of it.

Santos Porfirio Flores Cabrera, 35, was taken to a local hospital where he died. The driver who hit him suffered non-life threatening injuries. The crash is being investigated.
