The U.S. Coast Guard said it responded to a report of a man injured after falling off a boat near the marine terminal.

BALTIMORE, MD - A man was flown from Seagirt Marine Terminal Sunday night, according to the U.S. Coast Guard.

A good Samaritan reported that a man had fallen off a 30-foot sailboat and needed emergency medical care for lacerations, officials said.

The Coast Guard sent a 45-foot response boat from Curtis Bay, and an EMT provided first aid while Baltimore City firefighters applied a tourniquet, authorities reported.
