The State of Maryland has a sky box at the Redskin's stadium. Incumbent governors and lieutenant governors have used this tax payer perk to entertain the politically connected. I think there should be clearer ethic guidelines as to who can be invited to the sky box..........like handicapped kids. What do you think?
