Street Sweeper

Why is it we only see the street sweeper on Parade Day, and then they only sweep the parade route.  The Shipping Place shopping center is always littered with trash , from the Family Dollar to Big Boz to the Dentist Office is always  dirty and the trash spills over into the parking spaces.  I think the store owners should be responsible for keeping the out side of the stores clean like Logan Village.   I have seen the sweeper go through the Logan Village Shopping Center before, it wasn't the county  it was a private owned company.  The bus stops along Dundalk Avenue  trash receptacles are always spilling over with trash, isn't that the county responsibility.  What can we do to keep this area clean..?
