Since Buzzy dedicated a good portion of his latest blog about my last blog, I think I'll make this blog about him.
Buzzy makes accusations that my claims are false, I encourage you to read the court decision yourself (Behan v. Beeler). Buzzy says that was 30 years ago and goes on to list some accomplishments. Yet if you google Baltimore Sun and Beeler all you get is blog postings not actual news stories. I also bring up 30 years ago to set a precedent and that precedent is how did the judge put it, ah yes "... unsubstantiated statements were knowingly and recklessly false..." This pattern has continued over several decades, as evidence I submit his blogs and do your own research about the claims he makes.
Buzzy also says that someone threatened him, by saying "Hey Cap Anytime" if you look at the blog obviously the person was referring to a character El Capitan, or Buzzy's Buddy as most on the Patch know him as. Buzzy is trying to twist an urban dictionary definition he found to meet his own criteria, it is as if how do you say, ah yes the judge said it best "... Beeler's unsubstantiated statements were knowingly and recklessly false,...".
Oddly or maybe not so oddly, there seems to be a pattern between Buzzy and El Capitan. When either of them post on blogs the other follows shortly. There almost appears to be a pattern. Just found that odd...just sayin'.
Also so that people know I am not trying to make fun of Buzzy, I call him that because when his lawyer files paperwork he uses Charles "Buzzy" Beeler.
Buzzy claims his 'editor' stated my command of the English language was nonexistent. That is his blog and his opinion so he can have it. What makes that funny is the sentence in the next paragraph "As my editor says, it’s like driving on a road—if there are too many bumps and potholes, you want to stop the car and find a different road." If your car is stopped you cannot find another road, you would have to drive to the other road. I'll let you determine who understands the English language. Buzzy would you or your 'editor' like to take credit for that flub?
Finally Buzzy included posts that he has been saving from articles from long ago. Interesting enough today while researching (googling) I came across an interesting post from him as well, where he makes some rather disturbing claims, but as Buzzy says, I'll save that for another time.
