4 Hurt In Lothian Head-On Crash: Authorities

Four people were hurt, one seriously, in a head-on crash in Lothian Monday night, fire department officials said.

LOTHIAN, MD — Four people were hurt, one of them seriously, in a head-on crash in Lothian Monday night, according to authorities. The Anne Arundel County Fire Department says one of the drivers involved was trapped inside her vehicle. The accident happened about 6:20 p.m. in the area of Route 408 and Sollers Lane.

A United States Park Police medevac helicopter flew the most severely injured patient, a 52-year-old woman, to the Trauma Center at Prince George’s Hospital with serious injuries that are not believed to be life-threatening.

Three occupants of the second vehicle were taken to CalvertHealth Medical Center with minor injuries.
