Designated Times for Pick Up:

All students currently enrolled in a first semester Art course will need to come pick up materials needed for class assignments. See the list above for your pick up time and location. If you are not able to arrive for your appointment, contact your Art teacher to make other arrangements.

Please follow these guidelines when picking up materials:

• One person should get out of the car
• Face coverings required
• Approach the designated table and give them the Teacher Name for the course, Class Level (2-D 1, 2 or 3, for example) and Student Name
• Please follow the directions below for travel to the tables and exiting the campus.

This event is weather dependent. In case of rain, the distribution date will be postponed to Wednesday, September 30. Updates will be posted here if weather cancels the program.
