Buckle Up for the Worst Potholes in Edgewater

EDGEWATER, MD--Nothing puts a dent in a morning commute like bad traffic and a street littered with potholes.

Blizzard 2016 left monumental snowfalls up and down the east coast, and Edgewater was not immune to its wrath.

Large snowfalls compiled with El Niño induced warmer temperatures have caused more potholes and road problems than most motorists can stomach.

Patch Readers gave us a rundown of particularly pocked streets in their neighborhoods. Here are some spots that might be worth detouring:

• “Londontown Road in front of the Edgewater Bible Church. Already reported.”
• “Horrible everywhere. Feels like I’m driving in Pennsylvania.”
• “I’m sure just about everyone who travels RT2 south in Edgewater needs a front end alignment!”
• “...it’s also starting to get bad right before you go over the south river bridge toward Annapolis. Hit those today.”
• “Londontown is a “pot” hole”
• “Rt.2 Northbound near dental rd, where the lanes go from 2 to 3”
