Honey's Harvest Farm

Fascial Maneuvers use gentle, spiral-based movements and breath to create movement and pressure through the fascial system—helping release restrictions and restore more balanced flow throughout the body.
Saturday, October 3, we’ll focus on releasing fascial restrictions of the lower body.

Release fascial tension throughout the feet, legs, hips, pelvis, and lower abdomen.

Redistribute the load more naturally through the lower body, helping to reduce unnecessary strain on the hips, knees, and ankles.

Support balanced pressure distribution, circulation, and fluid movement throughout the body.

Release patterns of guarding and bracing in the psoas, hips, and pelvis, allowing the lower body to soften, open, and move more freely.

Feel more anchored in the body, with a deeper sense of stability and presence—making it easier to let go of what we’ve been holding onto and feel free to move forward.

Maryland Hall

Live Arts Maryland opens the season with music that explores peace, compassion, and our shared humanity. Karl Jenkins composed The Armed Man: A Mass for Peace as a response to the tragedies of war, creating one of the most compelling choral works of the past quarter century. Blending the traditional Mass with poetry and texts from many cultures and faiths, the work traces a journey from conflict to hope and reconciliation. The program is complemented by Frank Ticheli's Earthsong, a heartfelt call to care for one another and the world we share; Edward Elgar's poignant Sospiri, a quiet meditation on loss and remembrance; and Kim André Arnesen's Do Not Neglect to Show Hospitality, a moving reminder of the importance of kindness and compassion. Together, these works invite us to reflect on the values that unite us and the enduring hope for peace.

Secure What Matters. Accumulate Wealth. Plan Now For Ahead

Adam N. Green - New York Life Insurance Company

By mid-career, you may already have retirement savings, workplace benefits, and insurance in place. Even so, important questions can remain: Is your family adequately protected? Are you prepared for future responsibilities? Do the choices you have made still fit the life you are building? I work with family-focused professionals building established careers in technology-driven, sales-oriented, and operationally complex organizations. Many know financial action matters and have already taken some initial steps, but they want greater clarity about what to address next and where to begin. Our conversations may cover family protection, life insurance, long-term-care considerations, disability insurance, annuities, lifetime income, college funding, and retirement-related needs. I consider each situation from multiple angles, explain why an option may or may not fit, and welcome thoughtful questions. The focus is on informed decisions without unnecessary pressure. My approach is shaped by approximately 10 years of experience across private wealth management, financial-services operations, client accounts, and collaborative financial-services roles. I bring that perspective to ongoing relationships centered on clear reasoning, practical next steps, and support as family priorities and responsibilities change. Adam N. Green 610-716-9471 angreen@ft.newyorklife.com Registered Representative offering securities through NYLIFE Securities LLC, (member FINRA/SIPC), A Licensed Insurance Agency and a New York Life Company.
