William Joseph Flynn Cdr, USN (Ret.), 92, of Annapolis died Sunday, May 10, 2015. He was born Feb. 4, 1923, in New Haven, CT.

He was the beloved husband of the late Charlotte Glynn Flynn; father of Peter Flynn of Crofton, MD and Harriett Diakoulas of Grasonville, MD; grandfather of Nolie, Mara, Alexa and Natalie.

Inurnment will take place at a later date at the U.S. Naval Academy Columbarium.
