A federal judge on Tuesday sentenced Noack to 97 months in prison, followed by 25 years of supervised release, for possession of child pornography. The judge also ordered that upon his release from prison, Noack must register as a sex offender where he lives and works.
The tips said that Noack had uploaded an image depicting two prepubescent boys engaging in sexually explicit conduct to his computer; and that he sent a photo of a prepubescent minor to another person and said via chat that he was having sexual contact with the minor.

Child abuse detectives executed a search warrant at Noack's home last year, where they seized computer equipment as potential evidence, finding apparent images of child pornography on the devices. Evidence recovered from computers found at the residence indicated the suspect was sharing these images on the internet, police say.
According to federal officials, Noack told police that he had thousands of images of child pornography on his computer, which he collected from the internet. Investigators found at least eight videos and 90 images of children engaged in sexually explicit conduct on Noack's desktop computer and external hard drive, including numerous files that portray sadistic or masochistic conduct or other depictions of violence.
One of the videos was surreptitiously recorded by Noack and depicted a young boy using the bathroom in Noack’s home, prosecutors said.
Noack also told officials that two to three years earlier he was alone with a prepubescent minor who was visiting his home and that he touched the back and stomach of the child. The boy told investigators that Noack would give him a cookie to take off his shirt and then touched him on his bare chest and stomach.
The minor said that Noack attempted to put his hands under the minor’s pants, but the boy moved away. In 2012, Noack sent frequent text messages to the youth, often declaring his love for the victim.
Noack was initially charged with 10 counts of possession of child pornography and one count of distribution of child pornography.
