Two Davidsonville neighbors argued and one reportedly pointed a rifle at the other, say Anne Arundel County Police.

DAVIDSONVILLE, MD — A man on probation for attempted armed robbery now faces new criminal charges and a probation violation hearing after he reportedly pointed a gun at a Davidsonville neighbor during a dispute. Anne Arundel County Police say the argument was reported Monday afternoon in the 3800 block of Queen Anne Bridge Road.

When officers arrived they were told that two men, who are neighbors, were engaged in a dispute. During the argument, suspect Christian Allen Kinzer, 20, of the 3800 block of Queen Anne Bridge Road in Davidsonville, lifted his shirt to show a handgun tucked in his waistband, police say. Kinzer reportedly threatened the victim with a rifle by pointing it at him, then left the scene.

Officers located Kinzer, who was identified by the victim. The rifle and gun were recovered and Kinzer was arrested. No shots were fired during the confrontation and there were no injuries.
