Virginia M. Luskey, 87, a 50-year resident of Edgewater, died peacefully April 20 at Anne Arundel Medical Center. Virginia was an active member of St. Andrew the Fisherman Episcopal Church in Mayo and a member of the Annapolis Elks. Virginia was a people person, who loved boating and spending time with her friends and family.

Frank Eugene Cowens, a 20-year resident of Anne Arundel County died April 19 at Anne Arundel Medical Center.

William "Bill" Rutherford McCullen, Jr., 66, a 12-year resident of Charles Town, WV died April 16 at the VA Medical Center in Washington, DC. He is survived by his sister, Verne J. Oland and her husband, James Oland, of Shady Side.

Katherine Rose Marie Jablonski “Kay," 88, a 34-year resident of Davidsonville, died of natural causes on April 15 at her residence. She worked as a hearing and sight technician in the Prince George’s County Public School system for many years and enjoyed gardening, decorating her home and travelling.
