Fred Simms Johnson III, 60, a longtime resident of Edgewater and previously of Marietta, GA, died on Feb. 17, at Anne Arundel Medical Center.

Ryan Anderson, 20, of Harwood, passed away Feb. 16 at University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center as a result of injuries sustained in a car crash in Edgewater. (From The Capital Gazette)

Dollie Rosetta (Crawford) Woody, of Edgewater and a long time resident of Kent and Stow, OH, passed away at the age of 109 on Feb. 15.

Zelma Bernice Floyd, 87, a resident of Lothian for six years, died on Feb. 14 at Anne Arundel Medical Center due to heart failure.

Ervil Louise Reemsnyder, "Memaw", 71, of Edgewater, died at Anne Arundel Medical Center on Feb. 13 of cardiac arrest.

Wilbur Ray Miller, 86, died on Feb. 13 at his home in Lothian.
