Frances Mary "Cina" Fernandes, a five-year resident of Edgewater and previously of Alexandria, VA, died on April 28, at Anne Arundel Medical Center in Annapolis. She was currently a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church in Edgewater.

Sarah Pope died April 29.
