The family and partner of Donna Marie Phelps are extremely saddened to announce her passing on Thursday, July 23, 2015, at Anne Arundel Medical Center at the age of 60.

A resident of Davidsonville, MD for 35 years and previously of Hyattsville, MD, Donna worked as a Paralegal Supervisor for the Department of Justice’s Anti-trust Division.

Donna is survived by her longtime companion, Michael Sokalski; two brothers, Brian and Will Law and their spouses. Also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Services and interment are private.
