Edgewater Grandmother Appears On Reality TV Show
An Edgewater grandmother recently competed on the Guy Fieri show called "Guy's Grocery Game" and had a blast.
DAVIDSONVILLE, MD — Food is life for Anne Arundel County resident Robin Daumit of Davidsonville. As the creative director at Whisk and Dine, she has embarked upon amazing adventures in the kitchen, including as a three-time Food Network chef and cookbook author. Her motto is that "every meal tells a story."
Daumit first appeared on the Food Network's show "Clash of the Grandmas." Then she appeared on another show with her kids that they ended up winning. She also just competed on the Guy Fieri show called "Guy's Grocery Games" that aired Aug. 14. She also is well known for daily cooking videos posted on YouTube.
“Once I reached a certain age, I just do whatever comes naturally,” Daumit told WJZ. “You’re not as inhibited as you get older so I just like to have fun. My kitchen, this is my office."

Daumit's son Gabriel Daumit shared on social media that even if his mom didn't win on the show, that was okay.
"I think she's already won - as she is having the time of her life doing this," he wrote.
