Anne Arundel County considers property owners zoning requests every ten years and the request is under consideration. Requests for zoning changes in the South County (generally the area south of Rt 214, Central Ave to the Calvert Co line on the South & the Patuxent River on the East) have been submitted. Citizens who are concerned that these requests could change the rural personality of South County. The County Council will introduce legislation on these and other changes in May.
The Workshop will be mediated by experienced volunteers for free. Citizens can learn to:
