The American Legion Post #226 is hosting a Craft Beer Tasting featuring 9 beers from "The Heavy Seas Beer Co." at the Post on Saturday, November 12th, 2011 from 5:00pm until 8:00pm. The cost is $20 and includes a sample of each of the 9 beers from the brewery, door raffle, prizes, music, pretzels, and an opportunity to speak to American Legion representatives about membership and getting involved with the community. Additional samples can be purchased for $1 or 5 samples for $5. The winning sample from this beer tasting will be added to a list for inclusion into an Oktoberfest Beer Festival next year.
This event is open to the public and all are welcome to join us. We are looking for veterans and Active Duty Military to join us in our quest to help veterans and our community! We hope to see you all on Saturday!
