iTrain with Edgewater Fitness Running Program

Have you set your goals and drafted your race plan for the New Year?  This is a great time to assess and reflect upon your running and fitness goals. It does not matter if that goal is to break a personal record or complete a three-mile run. It's your achievement; thus, the feeling of accomplishment and the journey to get there are what it's all about.

Sign up for the iTrain with Edgewater Fitness running program and we'll provide a complete 12 week training plan and organize a long run every Saturday as we run through various locations around Edgewater and the Annapolis area.
