
Everyone can do yoga, regardless of age and fitness level. This yoga series is open to all and will cover beginning and some intermediate level yoga poses to increase strength, balance and flexibility.
Breath work and meditation are also introduced to optimize health and well-being while reducing stress. Students should be able to get up and down from the floor with relative ease and work on their hands and knees without discomfort.
