Fire Causes $35K Damage to Riviera Beach Home
Five people were displaced after their Riviera Beach home was damaged by fire Tuesday night, according to fire officials.

RIVIERA BEACH, MD — Five adults have been displaced following a house fire Tuesday afternoon in Riviera Beach, according to the Anne Arundel County Fire Department.
Thirty-five firefighters were called to the fire just before 4:20 p.m. in a a two-story single-family home in the 200 block of Cloverhill Road. By the time firefighters arrived, all the occupants had evacuated the home. The fire was brought under control in about 15 minutes.
The Red Cross is assisting the displaced residents, officials said. No injuries were reported.

The cause of the fire is under investigation by members of the Anne Arundel County Fire and Explosives Investigation Unit. Damage is estimated at $35,000.
