Governors Commons In Glen Burnie Sold For $16.2 Million

Urban Edge Properties has sold Governors Commons in Glen Burnie for $16.2 million.

GLEN BURNIE, MD – Governors Commons, a 129,242-square-foot retail facility in Glen Burnie, has been bought for $16.2 million by Continental Realty Corp. The previous owner was Urban Edge Properties. The property is located at 7311 Ritchie Highway near Interstate 97 and Arundel Expressway, less than 14 miles from downtown Baltimore.

Governors Commons was fully leased at the time of the sale, according to Commercial Property Executive. The anchored asset at the facility was Gavigan’s Furniture. Other tenants include Pep Boys, Dollar Tree, Goodwill Industries and Sake Japanese Steakhouse. The 21.8-acre property also featured PNC Bank and Bubba’s 33, according to Commercial Property Executive.
