Lothian Subway Restaurant Robbed By Gunman
The Subway fast food restaurant in Lothian was robbed by a masked gunman Monday night, police say.
LOTHIAN, MD — Anne Arundel County Police are looking for an armed man who robbed a Lothian sandwich shop about 9:40 p.m. Monday. The hold-up happened at the Subway restaurant at 5408 Southern Maryland Boulevard in Lothian.
Employees told police the suspect entered the store armed with a handgun, and demanded money. The employees complied and the suspect fled from the store. Officers, including a police helicopter and canine unit, searched the area but the suspect was not located.
Police describe the suspect as a male who was wearing dark clothing and had his face covered.
