Man Stabbed During Road-Rage Incident On Thanksgiving: Police

Police are looking for a teenage boy who allegedly stabbed a man on Thanksgiving morning during a road-rage incident in Edgewater.

EDGEWATER, MD — Police are looking for a teenage boy who allegedly stabbed a man on Thanksgiving morning during a road-rage incident in Edgewater.

Anne Arundel County police were called to Route 214 at Muddy Creek Road around 10:45 a.m. Thursday for a report of a stabbing. When officers arrived, they learned that two vehicles involved in a road-rage incident pulled off to the side of the road. The male victim and a second driver, a female in a Jeep, began to argue.

During the dispute, a teenage boy got out of the Jeep and stabbed the victim in the hip, police said. The teenager and driver fled the scene in a dark green Jeep Compass or Patriot. The victim was taken to a local hospital with a non-life-threatening stab wound, officials said.

Police said the suspect has curly hair and is about 16 years old. They described the female driver as middle-aged with curly brown hair.
