COVID-19 has prompted changes in the way South River High School will collect data from graduating seniors this year. Surveys and other end-of-year tasks must now be completed online via Naviance/Student, including:

MSDE Senior Survey – MANDATORY FOR ALL SENIORS!

To view: log in to Naviance/Student, go to the “About Me” tab and under “Surveys Not Completed” or from the HOME page, under “What’s New.”
Please complete the entire survey and click Save & Finish Later to submit.
Deadline to complete the MSDE Senior Survey: May 15, 2020

Scholarships Survey

If you received scholarship money, tuition discounts, grants or other monetary awards from colleges to which you had applied, we encourage you to report them. SRHS collects scholarship data toward a school total which is announced during the graduation ceremony.
To add your scholarships to the list, log on to Naviance/Student and look in the box “Senior End of Year Reminder” to find the link to the Google Scholarships Survey form.
The scholarships survey must be completed by May 15, 2020.

Requesting the Final Transcript

Final transcript requests will be accepted ONLY via Naviance/Student.

• To get started, go to the “Colleges I am applying to” page. Select the college that you will be attending. Click UPDATE.
• Next, click the link to “Manage Transcripts.” Click the +(plus) sign and choose “College Application Transcript.”
• Next, select FINAL TRANSCRIPT, then click the arrow below to select the college you want to send that transcript to*.
• Click DONE.

*If the college you will attend is not listed in the drop-down menu, you must update “Colleges I am applying to. See below if help is needed to add your school to the list.

There is NO FEE for processing the final transcript.
Deadline to request your final transcript via Naviance is June 25, 2020.

NCAA Transcripts

If you intend to participate in an NCAA sport in college, you must submit a final transcript to the NCAA Eligibility Center. To request the transcript, you MUST email tchaffer@aacps.org. Please include your NCAA Eligibility Center account number in the message.
