Mary Madeline Mendola, 68, a resident of Riva and previously of Texas, passed away at her home on Saturday, July 4, 2015.

Madeline was born in Yonkers, NY, on April 3, 1947, to the late Joseph and Louise Bertucci. She is survived by her husband, Philip; her son, Philip of Texas; her daughter, Maria of Riva; two sisters, Patricia Iannucci of Virginia, and Joanne Farley of Texas; a brother, Anthony Bertucci of Texas; and two grandsons, Michael Jenkins and Alex Mendola, both of Riva, MD.

Friends may call on Tuesday, July 7, from 2 p.m. until the funeral service begins at 4 p.m. at the George P. Kalas Funeral Home, 2973 Solomons Island Road in Edgewater.
