What do I need to bring?
Please bring a copy of your schedule, a bag to hold items, a pen to record your materials on the obligation lists, and wear a mask!

Where do I park?
Please park in the front of the school in the lower lot. Do not park in the bus loop. Students will be the only persons allowed to enter the building to retrieve materials. Students should access the Materials Fair using the main lobby. There will be greeters to check in students and runners to assist students with gathering their materials needed for coursework this semester.

What safety protocols are in place?
All staff on hand will have a mask and hand sanitizer will be provided in strategic locations for staff and students. Students must wear a mask from the time they exit their car until they re-enter their car after leaving the Materials Fair. Social Distancing should be followed as a best practice for all participants. Students will be greeted at one of three stations near the main lobby. The students will check in at their designated time listed above, then wait to be escorted into the Materials Fair. The adult runner will assist each student with collecting the materials needed for the Fall semester. Once the student has gathered all necessary materials, he/she will promptly exit the building and return to the parking lot.

How do I know if I need to come?
Here are a list of classes or programs/grades that have materials that need to be picked up:
- Tech Ed: PLTW:EDD, PLTW: POE, PLTW: IED, PLTW: DE, PLTW: AERO, Engineering Design, Designing and Prototype, Flight in Action, Practical Programming, Architecture 1
- Family and Consumer Science: Intro to Teaching
- World and Classical Languages: AP French, AP Chinese, AP Spanish, Chinese 2, Honors Chinese 3, Honors Chinese 4
- Math: Foundations of College Algebra, AP Calculus AB, BC and AB/BC, AP Stat
Science: AP Environmental Science, AP Biology - Social Studies: Sociology, AP Psychology, AP World History, AP US Government, AP Human Geography
- English: AP Language and Composition
- English/Special Education: Read 180, Foundation of Language Literacy
- ESOL: ESOL Students in levels 1, 2, 3
- STEM: All 9th and 10th grade students (shirts, agendas, PLTW Lab Notebooks, System Science Notebooks)
- Agendas: All 9th grade students
- Junior Rings: All Junior who ordered a class ring in the 2019-20 school year (no new orders will be taken at the Fair)
*The only exception to a parent entering the building, will be for parents who need access to a computer to complete the FARMS application for the 2020-21 school year. There will be a station for parents to access the application and receive support to complete. Please bring your Photo ID to the greeter table.

What do I do if I cannot come on September 16th to pick up my materials?
South River is reserving September 17th and 18th from 3:00-5:00pm for students who cannot come on the original date. Please note that you must call the school to reserve your spot. (410-956-5600)
