Patrick “Pat” Joseph Devlin, 80, a resident of Annapolis since 1970, died on Friday, June 5, 2015 at his home. He was born May 14, 1935 in Philadelphia, PA, he graduated from Southeast Catholic High School in Philadelphia, PA.
He moved to Washington, D.C., in 1958 and was employed at Brody Brothers Distributors, where he began his career as a clerk and after 35 years retired as vice president of the company.

He enjoyed sailing his many sailboats, golf, carpentry and was a loyal Nationals fan. Pat was a quiet, quick-witted man who had many long-standing friends.
He is survived by his wife, Dolores Devlin, whom he married on November 18, 1967; a daughter, Anne Devlin of Washington, D.C.; son, Michael (Katriena) Devlin residing in Duxbury, Massachusetts with four grandsons, Carter, Ryan, Tobin and Miles; three sisters, Mary Devlin of Ardmore, PA, Elizabeth McGeady of Drexel Hill, PA and Cass Devlin of Oakhurst, CA.

Family and friends are invited to celebrate Pat’s life at 2 p.m. on Saturday, July 11, at the Ste. Constantine and Helen Greek Orthodox Church, Byzantium Room, 2747 Riva Road in Annapolis.
