Robbery, Fight Lead to Knife Wound: Police
A Crownsville man was charged with assault and robbery after an Annapolis incident.

A Crownsville man was arrested for allegedly cutting another man’s face with a knife during a fight and robbery in Annapolis, police say.
Anne Arundel County Police say the altercation took place about 1 p.m. Sunday in the 1900 Block of Towne Centre Boulevard in Annapolis.
The victim told police that a man armed with a knife robbed him and the two fought. Officers were given a description of the suspect, as well as the type of vehicle he was driving.

Joseph John Magnolia, 23, of 557 Sawmill Lane in Crownsville, was located in the area of the robbery, and arrested without incident.
Fire department personnel treated the victim at the scene for minor injuries.

Magnolia was charged with armed robbery, first-degree assault and theft-related charges.
