HARWOOD, MD — Sandra “Sandy” Kaye Beall, 62, a 30-year resident of Harwood and previously of Annapolis, died on Saturday, Dec. 26, 2015.

Born January 23, 1953 in Anchorage, AK, she graduated from Severna Park High School. Sandy worked for Maryland Automobile Insurance Fund until her retirement in 2014. She was a member of the West Annapolis Volunteer Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary. Sandy enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, reading, watching the Hallmark Channel and shopping with her best friend, Phyllis Myers.

Sandy is survived by her husband, Douglas M. Beall; two sons, James Beall and his wife, Kimberly and Matt Beall and his wife, Amy; two brothers, Link Bledsoe, Jr. and Jeff Bledsoe; and her grandchildren, Bryanna K. Beall, Aiden DonBullian and Michael Paddy Jr.

Friends may call at the George P. Kalas Funeral Home, 2973 Solomons Island Road in Edgewater, on Wednesday, Dec. 30, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m., where a funeral service will be held on Thursday, Dec. 31, at 10 a.m.

Interment will take place at Lakemont Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the West Annapolis Volunteer Fire Company, 121 Jennifer Road, Annapolis, MD 21401.
