Anne Arundel School Bus Crash Involved At Least 3 Vehicles: WBAL

EDGEWATER, MD — A school bus was involved in a crash Wednesday in Edgewater, WBAL-TV 11 News reported. The station's SkyTeam 11 shared a video of the scene on eastbound Central Avenue at Riva Road around 5 p.m.

The livestream showed a gray hatchback partially wedged under the rear bumper of bus 428. A black or dark blue SUV was smashed against the back of the hatchback, the footage displayed.

WBAL did not mention:

• Whether there were any injuries
• Whether any students were on board
• Whether the bus was operated by Anne Arundel County Public Schools or another entity
• What time the accident happened
• What caused the wreck

The Anne Arundel County Fire Department and the Anne Arundel County Police Department were both seen on sight. Neither agency nor AACPS had released any information by 10:15 a.m. Friday.
