South River High School Publishes Online Log-In Update

If you are still using your student ID as the Naviance/Student program log in, the next time you attempt to log in, you will be prompted to reset your account ID and password.

Naviance/Student access now requires an email and a password that meets specific requirements.

1. If you do not have a valid email address, you will need to create one.

Google, Yahoo, Comcast, and other providers offer free email set up. (studentID@aacps.org is not a valid email)

2. You will need to reset your Naviance/Student password. New passwords MUST:

• Have at least 10 characters, with at least one capital, one number and one symbol
• Not contain your user name or student ID number
• Not have more than two identical characters in a row
• Not contain commonly used passwords, simple patterns or common names

3. Once you have reset your user ID and password, and you forget the password later, you will be REQUIRED to use the “Forgot Password” link to reset it. Be sure when setting up your log-in information that you use an email address that you have easy access to.

4. When you have logged into your Naviance/Student account, remember to update your “About Me” profile to include your email address. The profile email address allows South River High School to contact you with important information about upcoming Naviance tasks, college information, scholarships, transcripts, job offerings and much more.

If you have already reset your Naviance/Student account access, and are not able to get logged in on your own, contact tchaffer@aacps.org for assistance. In the message, please remember to include the email you are using/planning to use for your account. An access code will be forwarded to that address.
