Deadline to Submit – Friday, May 29 @ 1:00pm

If you left anything at school when COVID-19 shut everything down, here is your chance to schedule a pick up.

Access to the school building is by APPOINTMENT ONLY.
To schedule a visit, complete the Senior Personal Item Retrieval Form online.
You will then be contacted via email with instructions on when and how you can come pick up your property.
All visitors are required to follow state guidelines for social distancing, masks, etc.

Deadline to submit the form is 1:00pm, Friday, May 29.
