The secondary summer school program offers students a limited number of classes to help students make up work in which they were unsuccessful, and to improve grade averages in sequential subjects. Classes meet for 2 hours and 45 minutes each day and include a 2 hour final exam at the conclusion of the summer program.

Classes are held Monday – Thursday

1st Period 7:30am – 10:15am / 2nd Period 10:25am – 1:10pm

Students are required to attend the entire summer school session in order to qualify to take the course final and/or to receive credit for the course. Appointments, vacations and summer camps are not considered reasons for excused absences. Students must be present on August 4, 2016 and take the final exam to pass and receive credit for the course.

Registration forms may be obtained from and must be signed by the student’s regular high school counselor.

June 24 & June 25, 2019

8am – 3pm

School Cafeteria

$300 per class / up to 2 classes only

Payment in full is required at time of registration (no partial payments will be accepted). Money order or Personal check (made out to AACPS), or credit card (MasterCard or VISA only) may be used for payment. Please include the student name in the comment section of the check or money order.
