South River HS Underclass Materials Drop-Off & Pick Up Days: June 16 – 18

All participants are required to follow procedures when arriving on campus to drop off and pick up materials from the school.

Underclass Drop Off / Pick Up Days

All participants are required to follow procedures when arriving on campus to drop off and pick up materials from the school, including:

student and family members must wear a face mask
anyone experiencing COVID-19 symptoms may NOT participate
all vehicles must enter the complex via Stepney’s Lane (see map), past Central Elementary and Central Special to check in at the stop sign in front of CAT-South
while waiting in the line-up, everyone MUST remain in their vehicles until you reach the drop-off/pick-up area (see map)
at the checkpoint area, you will be directed to the correct drop-off or pick-up location
- students dropping off or picking up music or physical education equipment will be directed to park while student is escorted into the building – ONLY the STUDENT may exit the car
- upon return to the car, the student will be directed to the drop-off station to return books, etc
students should have their bag of school property ready to return, with each book tagged with the teacher name and a full list of materials in the bag, clearly labeled with student name and ID number.
once the drop-off/pick up process is complete, exit the campus immediately (see map) to make way for the next student
students and families may NOT gather and may NOT remain on campus

We encourage everyone to be mindful of others who also need to participate. This will be a busy event! Please keep the line moving.
