Walker Robbed At Gunpoint In South County: Police
A pedestrian was robbed at gunpoint in south county, Anne Arundel police said. Officers noted they did not find the suspects.

DEALE, MD — Police said a Deale pedestrian was robbed at gunpoint. Officers did not find the suspects.
The robbery happened around 1 a.m. on Aug. 10 at the intersection of Bay Front Road and Deale Churchton Road, authorities indicated. The walker told officials a car passed him before stopping, an incident report noted.
The write-up added that two men between 18 and 30 got out of the car, and one flashed a black handgun. The press release explained the duo demanded money, and the victim handed over an undisclosed amount of cash.

The Anne Arundel County Police Department mentioned the robbers then got back in their older, dark-colored SUV and drove away. The victim did not report any injuries, officers informed.
