Woman Stabbed With Syringe In Churchton Parking Lot: Police

CHURCHTON, MD — A woman walking through a grocery store parking lot was assaulted by a man who stuck her with a syringe, said authorities, who hope the public can help identify the suspect. The incident occurred Feb. 18 at Christopher's Fine Food, 5570 Shady Side Road.

According to the Anne Arundel County Police Department, video surveillance showed a white man about 50 years old walking near the victim.

In the video, the suspect bumps into the woman and you can see an exchange between the two. The woman sought medical treatment and, according to the police, "a syringe stick cannot be ruled out at this time."
