From now until May 1st, Boy Scout Troops, Cub Scout Packs, Venturing Crews and Sea Scout Ships in our area are selling “Camp Cards” as part of their start of year fundraising drive to help run their program for the year.

Each card costs ONLY $5 but has discounts for 12 local area businesses: Safeway(*), planet fitness(*), Bass Pro Shops, Popeyes, Buffalo Wild Wings, Sky Zone, jiffy lube, sweetFrog, Wendy’s, Royal Farms and Modell’s Sporting Goods.

Most of these discounts can be used over and over again until 12/31/16!

(*) These are one-time use snap-off coupons which are also valid until 12/31/16.

For example: When you shop at Safeway and spend $50 or more, on food, you can snap-off and use the Safeway one time coupon to get back the $5 cost of the card, and still have the card to use for the 10 multi-use businesses!

Now here is the best part, This is how you can be really generous to The Boy Scouts of America, Yourself, and your Friends!

Each time you shop at Safeway you can use a snap-off coupon to get your $5 back, so there was no cost to you.

If you shop at Safeway every week for a month that would be 4 cards, so $20 to your favorite Boy Scouts of America unit. 2 months is 8 cards, so $40 to The Boy Scouts of America, 3 months - 12 cards - $60 and so on.

If you shop at Safeway every week from now until the end of the year, that is 44 weeks, you would be helping BSA with $220 that cost you $0! WOW!

Now you are thinking, How is that helping me? - You still have the card to be able to use the other discounts from now until 12/31/16.
