Received 4 estimates for grading/seeding of my yard and mulching of beds. Milby's estimate was BY FAR the highest, and when I accepted another contractor's offer instead Milby billed me $100 for having provided the estimate (and this was never stated verbally or in writing!). This is not a straight forward business...and apparently if you don't accept his bid he'll come after you. I would avoid this business.
