The Board of Education
of Carroll County will announce in public session that they will meet in closed
session at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 8, 2021, as permitted by the
Maryland Open Meetings Act, Section 3-305 (b) of the General Provisions Article
of the Annotated Code of Maryland and Section 3-103 of the General Provision
Articles of the Annotated Code of Maryland, to discuss the appointment,
employment, assignment, promotion, discipline, demotion, compensation, removal,
resignation, or performance evaluation of appointees, employees, consult with
legal counsel, and discuss matters related to negotiations.
