The Board of Education of Carroll County will hold a work session on Thursday, September 23, 2021, at 5:30 p.m. at the Board of Education offices, located at 125 North Court Street in Westminster. The Board will discuss policy development regarding politically neutral stance in the classroom and curriculum. The Board also will discuss and review metrics from summer recovery. There will be
no citizen participation at this meeting.

Please keep
in mind that students, employees, and visitors are required to wear a mask when
inside our school buildings and facilities in accordance with Maryland law. In
addition, the Board meeting room has capacity limits which we are required to
follow. Standing cannot be permitted to ensure exits and egress pathways remain
clear.
