The Westminster Rescue Mission is proud to support our Carroll County community through three distinct programs including our ADDICTION HEALING CENTER (AHC). The Healing Center is home to both women's and men's long-term residential, CARF-accredited treatment programs as well as transitional sober housing for men. Our faith-based program assists individuals dealing with substance use and co-occurring disorders through our credentialed team of clinicians and peer recovery staff.

For those experiencing food insecurity, the MISSION FOOD PROGRAM -- the largest re-distributor of food in Carroll County -- provides community outreach services and a food pantry for families in need of hunger relief.

Lastly, our MISSION MARKETPLACE - both our large physical storehouse and new online store - offers “Rescued Finds and Furnishings” at deeply discounted rates to meet essential and household needs of local community members as well as digital thrifters looking to uncover hidden troves and treasures at a steal.
