Participating employers set up a virtual booth that is customized with a logo, company description, job vacancies/details, videos, and website and social media links.  Employers respond to jobseekers’ questions or initiate a chat themselves from the Employer Hiring Room.  Recruiting companies also have the ability to follow up with job seekers after the event.

Employers across the country find the Premier
Virtual platform to be effective in simulating an in-person experience.

“We know that in this tough labor market it is important to try all avenues to reach potential employees.  So, we hope that this new way of recruiting will help Carroll businesses to connect with and hire local talent”, said Denise Beaver, Deputy Director Economic Development. To attend the virtual job fair, job seekers and employers should sign up now on the event
