A public hearing on the proposed FY 2023 Capital Budget and the FY24-FY28 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) budget request will be held on Thursday, September 23, 2021, at 7:30 p.m. at the Board of Education offices, located at 125 North Court Street in Westminster. Time will be provided for citizen participation for input regarding the CIP. Written comments regarding the CIP will also be accepted.

Please keep in mind that students, employees, and visitors are required to wear a mask when inside our school buildings and facilities in accordance with Maryland law.

The public may submit comments and suggestions online prior to the hearing at www.carrollk12.org/boe/Pages/Feedback.aspx or by U.S. mail to the Superintendent’s Office, Carroll County Public Schools, 125 North Court Street, Westminster, MD 21157.

The hearing will be streamed live on the CCPS website at www.carrollk12.org. You may access the meeting by clicking on the link under “News and Notices” on the homepage. The meeting also will be broadcast live on CETV Channel 21.

The proposed CIP budget is posted on the CCPS website at www.carrollk12.org under CCPS News and Notices. This item will be brought back to the Board of Education for approval at its monthly meeting on Wednesday, October 13, 2021, at 5:00 p.m.
